As a well-known and respected Pilates Instructor trainer in the industry, Jeff is continually inspired by the opportunity to teach others and regularly participates in body movement workshops in order to deepen his knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics and the concept of Movement Health.
As an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, Jeff has acquired a wide skill set that allows him to help patients with musculoskeletal pain. Completing both Kinetic Control and The Performance Matrix courses, Jeff has been inspired by the work of Mark and Sarah in the assessment of movement and the application of movement retraining to manage his patient and client groups. Jeff believes controlled movement is key in allowing individuals to function better and improve health, educating his patients with the message “musculoskeletal pain and tension can be caused by uncontrolled movement in the body. “
Jeff is a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association (CAO) and a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. As an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with his own practice in Toronto, Canada, Jeff has helped many patients with musculoskeletal presentations and pain by the assessment and retraining of movement to restore function. His passion for results oriented, controlled movement rehabilitation program is rooted in his clinical approach. This unique style has established him as a clinician to providing a high quality of clinical skills to his patients at any level.
