MOVEMENT SCIENCE PRACTITIONER
CHANGE MOVEMENT. TRANSFORM PERFORMANCE
This new series will teach professionals working in fitness and wellness to enhance your offering by understanding your clients’ movement patterns and delivering targeted interventions to promote health and enhance performance. Utilising techniques developed from 25 years of research and applied in professional sport, you will learn to re-evaluate the way that you observe, interpret and coach movement.
The series will help you to deliver targeted movement retraining, applying principles of movement science to build robust movement for your clients. You will expand your existing repertoire exponentially as you build a more sophisticated movement toolkit. You will gain insight to deliver targeted, bespoke interventions to transform performance and enhance quality of life.
GET AHEAD OF THE CROWD
This series will not only allow you to attract new client groups but also re-imagine how you work with every existing client. You will see every exercise and its potential in a new way.
It is ideal for practitioners looking to elevate their skillset and evolve their business. These skills will allow you to confidently apply movement science to build robust movement health and ongoing goal achievement.
Evidence based tools to enhance movement for work, wellbeing and performance
MOVEMENT SCIENCE PRACTITIONER IS A SERIES OF EDUCATION, BASED ON THE APPLICATION OF CONTEMPORARY MOVEMENT SCIENCE. YOU CAN FIND OUT MORE BELOW
MOVEMENT SCIENCE PRACTITIONER SERIES
CAN BE DELIVERED AS THREE 2-DAY MODULES, AN EXPRESS 5-DAY VERSION OR ONLINE
This series supplies the skills and understanding to evaluate and change movement patterns and muscle synergies. These skills will allow you to interpret movement patterns and muscle synergy interactions so as to enhance the efficiency of each client’s performance.
This evidence-based course takes knowledge, skills and expertise applied in high performance and clinical settings to a wider audience in performance, health, fitness and wellness.
This series will impact function, training and performance by targeting more robust movement and performance solutions.
By the end of this series attendees will be able to:
Demonstrate an ability to observe and interpret patterns of movement linked to both efficient and inefficient use of muscle synergies
Design and deliver strategies to enhance movement efficiency
Practically apply a muscle efficiency classification model with any client in a wide range of training and movement environments
Employ a reasoning framework to explore movement efficiency and build resilient Movement Health
Explore the influence of factors on the dynamics of muscle synergy interactions (fatigue, load, previous injury, sustained alignments)
Integrate skills of reading movement into professional practice.
This series will fine tune your skills of pattern recognition, your understanding of muscle synergy interactions and your delivery of individualised strategies. They will also supply a template of movement efficiency to apply to client programmes for robust work, sport and performance solutions.
The series practically applies a model of movement management used within elite sport. They focus on the practitioner’s ability to interpret and enhance movement efficiency of muscle synergies of the trunk, neck, shoulder and arm complex or the pelvis, hip and lower leg. You’ll learn about The Movement Fundamentals Framework and how to put it into practice. Our principles are based on 25 years of evidence, research and application in movement science.
MSP ALL-IN-ONE SERIES
A five day all-in one series that covers all MSP topics and materials.
MSP MODULAR SERIES
Three modular 2-day courses:
MSP Advanced 2: Connecting Synergies to Robust Movement and Performance (focus on integrating lower limb muscle synergies to whole body movement pattern)
MSP Advanced 3: Connecting Synergies to Robust Movement and Performance (focus on integrating upper limb muscle synergies to whole body movement pattern)
MSP MODULAR SERIES
We also offer MSP as a programme of online learning. We will be sharing a direct link shortly.
