"My goal is to demonstrate the positive influence movement has on people’s health. How you move impacts all aspects of your health and most importantly, how you feel."

SUMMARY
BIOGRAPHY
Having first developed an interest in biomechanics and motion analysis whilst attending medical university in his native Poland, Szymon sees the value of movement in the management of pain and dysfunction within the clinical environment. This belief in movement assessment and movement retraining is one of Szymon’s main passions, driving both his professional practice and course teaching. The ability to identify and manage patients’ movement impairments through a systemised approach, initially attracted Szymon to the Kinetic Control (KC) process. KC courses now provide the perfect opportunity for Szymon to deliver these skills to other clinicians, helping their patients move towards pain-free living.
Additionally, in his spare time, he enjoys many sports, including, running, football, triathlon, and CrossFit. In each of these sports particular attention is paid to optimizing movement quality and integrating movement control with endurance and strength training.
