MANAGE MOVEMENT: LEADERS IN THE BUSINESS OF MOVEMENT IN SOUTH AFRICA

29th March 2017

Jacqueline Swart tells us how becoming a TPM Pro Clinic has enabled her business to grow and out-perform her competitors as successfully as the athletes she treats.

At We Manage Movement you will find movement focused therapists who have made TPM Pro part of their business. TPM Pro has given the clinic a leading edge in providing a more comprehensive service to all their patients and clients from Pain to Performance as well as adding an extra scope to the practice, which enables them to work more preventatively in preventing injuries or preventing recurrence of injuries.

The easy to use evidence based online movement assessment can be used on any active person from young to old, from sedentary to professional sports people and has given We Manage Movement the opportunity to work with a bigger referral base.

It provides the extra skills to improve movement function as well as overall movement health and has helps to guide patients/clients to achieve their movement goals as well as enhance their performance.

Jacqueline explains:

Adding movement to our business has grown our clinic to becoming the leaders in movement health and brings more clients through our doors. We are proud of our success stories which are in no small part due to the integration of TPM Pro as part of our business.

We started a Manage Movement Centre in South Africa where our main area of expertise is treating patients with various musculoskeletal disorders as well as sports injuries, preventing injuries/recurrence of injuries and improving overall movement health.

I was also privileged to be part of the research team and co-author of the published paper “Intra and Inter-Rater Reliability of Screening for Movement Impairments. Movement Control tests from The Foundation Matrix. Journal of Sport Science and Medicine.
